You have been identified in the title examiner’s petition or report as a party who may have an interest in the land described above affected by the order below. If you object to the entry of the order, you must justify, if any, why this Court should not enter the order. To object to Order Entry, you must file a Response and pay the Filing Fee or obtain an Order Waiver of the Filing Fee, by August 3, 2022 (“the Deadline”.) ORDER: That the St. Louis County Registrar of Titles, upon filing a certified copy of this order, revoke certificates of title Nos. 210457 and 223024 and enter a new certificate of title for the land therein described in favor of Federal National Mortgage Association, 14221 Dallas Pkwy Ste 1000, Dallas, TX 75254-2916, free of all memorials now appearing on present Certificates of Title, the latest of which is Document No. 1055797.0, and free also of memorial of this order except for The Registrar of Titles will report the memorial of Document No. 404542.0 relating to Lots 5 and 6 below. If you choose to object, your response must be filed electronically by your attorney. If you do not have an attorney, the Response may be filed by mailing it to: Court Administration, 100 N. 5th Ave. W., Room 320, Duluth, MN 55802, with a check payable to the Administrator of the District Court for $300.00 filing fee, or with an order waiving the fee; or the response and check or fee waiver order may be deposited in the district court drop box at the same location or dropped off in person at the same location if the office is open to the public without an appointment. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this show cause order be served: (a) at least 20 days prior to the due date on the above-named parties residing in this state in the manner provided by law for service of subpoena in a civil action; (b) at least 20 days prior to the deadline to each of the aforementioned nonresidents and foreign corporations, partnerships, or associations that cannot be found for service in the State, by personal service out of the State, or alternatively , by two weeks published notice of the show cause order and sending a copy of this order at least 24 days before the due date by first class mail to the out-of-state post office address of the non-resident or foreign entity; (c) to each of the foregoing parties who cannot be found by two weeks’ published notice of the show cause order and sending a copy of such order at least 24 days before the deadline by first class mail to the last party’s known address and sending another copy of this Order at least 24 days before the Deadline by first class mail to that party’s address shown on the certificate of title if an address is so shown; (d) on a dissolved, withdrawn or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat. Sections 302A, 303, 317A, 321, 322C or 323A in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. § 5.25 [Note: deadline date on the Order to Show Cause must be at least 30 days after date of mailing by the Secretary of State]; (e) under 28 USC § 2410, and Fed. A. Civil. Pro.
