PROPOSED SETTLEMENT OF THE CLASS ACTION ON SECURITIES

TO: ALL PERSONS WHO PURCHASED OR ACQUIRED SECURITIES TRADED ON INDIVIOR PLC LISTED ON A NATIONAL EXCHANGE IN THE UNITED STATES, INCLUDING US DEPT RECEIPTS FROM INDIVIOR PLC, OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRED SECURITIES FROM INDIVIOR PLC IN A UNITED STATES TRANSACTION BETWEEN MARCH 10, 2015 TO APRIL 9, 2019, BOTH DATES INCLUDED.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, pursuant to an order of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, that a hearing will be held on January 6, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. before the Honorable Esther Salas, United States District Judge United of the District of New Jersey, 50 Walnut Street, MLK Courtroom 5A, Newark, New Jersey 07102 for the purpose of determining: (1) whether the proposed settlement of the claims in the above action for consideration, including the sum of $ 2,000,000 should be approved by the Court as being fair, reasonable and adequate; (2) whether the proposed plan to distribute the Settlement Proceeds is fair, reasonable and adequate; (3) if the lead counsel’s application for attorney’s fees up to one-third of the settlement amount ($ 666,666.67) plus a pro rata share of interest accrued on the settlement amount, repayment by lead counsel for litigation costs incurred not to exceed $ 35,000, and an award to lead plaintiff of up to $ 5,000 must be approved; and (4) whether the Action is to be dismissed with prejudice as set out in the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement, dated February 8, 2021 (the “Settlement Stipulation”). The Court reserves the right to hold the settlement hearing by telephone or other virtual means.

If you have purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded securities of Indivior listed on a national stock exchange in the United States, including American certificates of deposit (“ADR”) from Indivior, or if you have otherwise acquired securities of Indivior ‘Indivior in the context of a domestic transaction in the United States, between March 10, 2015 and April 9, 2019, both dates inclusive (“Class Action Settlement Period”), your rights may be affected by these Rules , including the discharge and extinction of any claims that you may have regarding your participation in the securities of Indivior. If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to be excluded from the Settlement Class, you must submit a request for exclusion to the Claims Administrator so that it is received by December 16, 2021, as and in the form explained in the Notice. All Settlement Class members who have not requested exclusion from the Settlement Class will be bound by any judgment rendered in the Action in accordance with the Settlement Stipulation.
